Visit to Jiangxi

Abstract
Students from the architecture department of the City Poly University had their field trip to Jiangxi this spring. The highlights of the trip were some representative examples of Jiangxi vernacular and monumental architecture including houses, heritage sites and memorial halls. With this hand-on experience of the vernacular environment, they were given an opportunity to appreciate, record and analyse traditional settlements and buildings in depth.
