Abstract
A conventional facilities management service provides general management coverage on disciplines related to living and working environments. This analysis is built upon the Product Life Cycle model commonly used by marketing managers to heop trace the life cycles of consumer products. The model helps to determine the right timing for the introduction of new products into the market, the rate that the products become mature in the marketplace and when they eventually become obsolete.
