Abstract
The P&T group acquired The Lands (M&E) Consultancy Limited from the Hongkong Land Property Company Limtied in September 1984. The Lands (M&E) Consultancy Ltd, was an in-house design group responsible for building service design of Hongkong Land projects. According to Tom Brown, director of P&T (M&E), The Lands (M&E) Consultancy was taken over as a functioning unit and incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidary of the P&T gorup.
