The year of 1997 lays a milestone in the history of Swarovski Hong Kong Ltd., who is celebrating the 5th anniversary in the territory. Swarovski, the world's leading Austrian manufacturer of quality cut crystal stones for fashion, jewellery and lighting products was founded in 1895 in Wattens, Austria, by Daniel Swarovski I. Today, Swarvoski has more than 9,500 employees in over 30 countries and a consolidated sales turnover of US$1 billion.
