Abstract
澳門的南灣區將於數年後變為市內繁盛的商貿中心,並且是6萬人口的舒適居所.這項耗資14億美元(110億葡幣)的土地發展計劃將提供1,600萬平方呎的填土地,興建市政,住宅,零售,工商業及政府建築物,並設有龐大的地下停車場及規劃完善的基本建設.
正如南灣發展有限公司主席何鴻桑博士指出,南灣湖工程將在未來澳門經濟發展上擔當重要角色.因此,獲得澳門政府大力支持,協助進行相關的整體系統工程,如築路及排污處理等.該項工程由南灣發展有限公司投資,策劃及推廣,資金來自澳門,葡國及中國,澳門娛樂有限公司佔25%,中資佔49%,其餘股份為其它澳門公司及私人擁有.
Nam Van will become the future central business district of the territory as well as a comfortable living place for 60,000 people. Costing US$1.4 billion ($11 billion patacos), the Nam Van Lakes civil engineering and property development project will provide a total of 16 million sq.ft. of reclaimed land for municipal, residential, retail, office and government space, plus sustantial underground car parking facilities with comprehensive infrastructure facilities.
Development Company. S.A.R.L., comments, the project would play a key role in the shaping Macau's future economic development. Thus, the project has received full backing of the Macau Government which has agreed to play $1.3 million patacas to carry out related infrastructure works incorporated to fully fund, construct and market the Nam Van Lakes project. It is a consortium made of Macau, Portuguese and Chinese interests. Macau's Sociedade de Turismo e Diversoes de Macau (STDM) has a 25% stake in the project, while 49% is held by PRC interests. The remaining minority shareholders include other Macauese companies and individuals.
