Abstract
大廈的設計必須給使用者美觀和良好的感覺 。無論其外觀 ﹑設計 ﹑物料 ﹑表面修飾 ﹑美感價值有多漂亮 ，最重要的是為人們提供舒適的地方 。完善的機電系統設計及裝置 ，可以增加建築物的功能價值 ，締造舒適 ﹑和諧的感覺 ，考慮到人空間 ﹑光線及氛圍的關係 。
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and has a strict shelf life. Buildings need to be designed to look good and feel good for the people using them. Exterior looks, design, materials, finishes, aesthetic value, they are all well and good, but it is just as important that a building is a place where people feel comfortable. Properly designed and installed Electrical and Mechanical Systems enrich the functions and value of a building and generate comfort, harmony and inspire people to relate to space, light and ambience.
