Abstract
電腦動已成為商業界用以表達及推廣計劃的主要媒介之一, 就以宣傳赤鱲角機場的動畫片段為例, 市民從電視上看到新機場的未來面貌的電腦影像。這段影片不但展示了美麗動人的畫面, 當中還傳遞了一個信息, 在香港主權移交的時候, 這項目意義的龐大工程一再肯定香港作為國際都市的地位。
Computer graphic visualization has become one of the most important medium for presenting and promoting ideas. The Chak Lap Kok Airport animation is one excellent example of how computer animation can clearly illustrate an unbuilt architectural project to the public before it is built. The visually stunning animation is not just about pretty pictures; it is a strong message for the most significant project for the transition of Hong Kong sovereignty, a project that reassures the international importance of this city.
