Abstract
In response to the regionalization plan, the Water Supplies Department (WSD) has established numbers of permanent regional depots to provide quality customer services. The Kowloon East Regional Bulding in Kwun Tong was opened officially on 25 September, whilst the Kowloon West Regional Building in Cheung Sha Wan will be in operation by the end of this year.
